2002 Saturn SL2 A/C Not working.

Mine was working fine, than suddenly nothing. I've checked the fuses and replaced the relay switches to no avail. I have a feeling my cooling fan isn't working, and that the A/C is tied to that in a way that prevents the A/C from operating if the cooling fan is bad.
Does anyone know how to test the fan?

I would test the A/C compressor clutch coil first , easiest to do . If the electromagnet clutch coil is bad ,the compressor won't engage . Pull the A/C compressor clutch relay an jump pin's 30 & 87 , where the relay plug's into the fuse box . If pin 30 has B+ voltage ,pin 87 sends that B+ voltage to energize the clutch coil . These clutch coil's can go bad . You could also check the cooling fan this way , pull the cooling fan relay an take a piece of wire an jump pin's 30 & 87 .If fan is good it will run . Do you know how relay's work ?
VEHICLE RELAYS Operation Diagnosis

The PCM controls both relay's by supplying a ground to energize the relay .
Is the check engine light on ?
Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? How to use one along with a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter to test automotive electrical circuits ? Not guessing ? This is how an automotive technician would solve this problem , hooking up a scan tool an checking for code's ,using bi-direction control of scan tool to manually try to turn on coolant fan ,A/C compressor .....
Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html
Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine size. Under system click on engine ,then under subsystem click on cooling fans ,check the electrical circuit's .

SOURCE: Radiator fan will not run but motor is good

On the drivers side in front of the battery there's a black box i think it says fuse turn counter clockwise the black star looking thing on top of the box when it is loose remove cover there should be two relays one is for the fan and other for ac the inside of cover should identify everything fuses etc. You could try turning on AC that should turn on radiator fan.

SOURCE: 98 Saturn SL AC/cooling fan will NOT work

Do not let this car over heat a blown head gasket will ensue. Locate and replace the fan relay, if that doesn't fix the problem unplug fan and use jumper wires to ground the plug then feed power to the positive side of plug to check fan, if that doesn't work replace the coolant temperature sensor located somewhere near the intake manifold or thermostat housing area.

My windows stopped working on my '97 saturn sl2. I have checked the relay switch and it was ok. I changed out the relay switch and still nothing. There is no fuse under the hood. Any ideas on what to do?

There IS a fuse under the hood...the green 30A big boy labeled power/convenience. Use a multimeter to check power coming into the relay...if it's not there probably the fuse. If it is there, could be the switches.

If it's the fuse, go to a junkyard and get one cheap. But then, they're pretty cheap new too.

Purchased a 1997 Saturn sl2 yesterday. One

Fuse is the cheapest solution, I'd start there. Then perhaps light bulbs and/or relays.

2002 saturn sl2 will not start for no apparant reason then 1 to 3 days later starts, while trying it 2-3 times a day. Towed to a garage both times and they could find nothing wrong.

Why couldn't they find anything wrong? The main componants should be tested first. (the starter, srarter relay, any related wiring, ignition switch, and all connections at battery, relay, fuse, starter, and eng. block). Good luck.
