try the fuse panel in the engine compartment... it has a cover on it and is usually located near the battery.

If you are referring to the AC blower, you may want to check on the fan switch. It could be caused by bad contacts or loose connections. There is also a resistor if you would trace the wiring of the switch to the evaporator under the dash. Check if it is still intact. It may be partially be burned.

My name is Ron,Look on the firewall under the windshield ,behind motor,there should be a large cover .Remove this cover,and you will see a row of relays,the one that is warm or hot,is the one to remove(blower relay).When you remove the relay the blower will stop.this is the relay to replace.
