It has a nosie coming from the right side of the motor

If you are referring to a squealing noise on the drivers side, this is a common issue with these vans. My sister has one and it did the same thing. You are sucking too much air, and that is due to a poor air intake hose connection/leak. Fix the leak and you the noise will be gone. Be careful when you are removing the rubber air intake hose as they are thin and become brittle over the years and they will bust on you. If that happens then you are looking at 130+ to replace that hose.

CHECK ALL OF THE HOSES, LOOK FOR ANY LEAKS OF ANTIFREEZE,CHECK THERMASAT SOMETIMES THEY CAN GET STUCK AND WON'T OPEN SO IT CLOSES UP AND DOESN'T ALLOW ANTIFREEZE TO PASS THREW THE MOTOR AND DOESN'T REACH THE TEMPERTATURE REQUIRED,TRY FLUSHING THE RADIATOR,IF NOT CHECK OUT YOUR WATERPUMP MAYBE ITS NOT WORKING,TRY GETTING FIX SOON IF IT OVERHEATS TO MUCH IT CAN BLOW YOUR HEADGASKET
