Why is it you don't take it to the repair shop ? Do you know about automotive electrical circuit's an testing ? Viewing a wiring diagram an using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter to test . You changed the blub ,but testing the circuit for B+ voltage is what you should have done . Not a fuse problem either . the other's work . Checking for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's would be a good first step . The BCM - body control module turns it on an off .

Turn Signal Lamps
The STOP/TURN fuse in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the body control module (BCM) for the turn signal lamps. When the turn switch is placed in the left or right position, ground is applied to the BCM on the left or right turn signal switch signal circuit. The BCM then applies voltage to the appropriate front and rear supply voltage circuits.
Grounds for the various lamps are as follows:
• G100 supplies the right front lamps
• G101 supplies the left front lamps
• G400 supplies the right rear lamps
• G401 supplies the left rear lamps

DTC B3948 Left Front Turn Signal Circuit
When the turn signal switch is placed in the left turn position, the body control module (BCM) cycles positive voltage ON and OFF to the LF turn signal lamp through the left front turn signal lamp supply voltage circuit. The front turn signal lamps illuminate steady for daytime running lamp (DRL) operation.

Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

There should two separate bulbs for marker and blinker. It sounds like a bulb is burnt out, bad ground, melted socket or a wiring anomaly. Are you certain it's supposed to have 57 series dual element bulbs for blinker and markers?

I have 2005 Saturn ion front passenger blinker don't work bulb good fuse good back blinker works but blinks fast

If the bulb is definitely good then check the bulb contacts and socket for presence of corrosion that will prevent it from working. Also check for the presence of current at socket.

When its blinking fast look at both front and rear to verify which bulb isnt flashing. If the right works OK, then the flasher is OK. The flasher is INSIDE the front control module/integrated power module. If you cant find the problem, you may need a dealer to check it.

2004 Saturn Ion blinker problem!

Usually when the turnsignal blinks rapid this is a indicator that the turn signal bulbs is blown, you will need to check both the front and rear signal to see which is not working, and then change the blown bulb or bulbs.

Left blinker blinks faster than the right. which the back left blinker does not work and front left blinks really fast.Right blinker works normal?

Flasher relays relies on bulb wattage for the speed of the blink.
You probably just have a blown bulb in the left rear blinker.:)

My left daytime and blinker is out, bulb is OK.

if you replaced the bulb and it still dont work turn the car on and off 3times,,the cars computer stops giving the wire power when it sees the bulb is bad so after you replace the bulb it still will not work till you cycle the key a bunch of times or clear the codes,if you got a scanner, if that still dont work, then the headlamp harness is shorted out, thats common too
