Few people have reported starting problem with these models and in most of the cases the dealer has not find anything wrong.
If your starter makes a click sound and doesn't turn and if it starts ok when boosted, then check the condition of your battery (load check), check/clean/ or replace battery cable terminals, remove and clean starter connection for corrosion.

Take back and have them fix right or refund money,stay away from places like that,go to a stereo installer that is not a big brand name,best buy uses young unexperience help.

Relays on firewall under hood.follow the wilres from starter location, its a b###c.
