98 saturn sl emergency brake broken the button came off and so did the spring so now we can use the emergency brake

Get a replacement parking brake lever on ebay or at a local junkyard. 92-99 SL1 & SL2 all the same part. Most likely your cables are corroded and frozen so be prepared to get some new cables at a parts store when you go to install your replacement brake lever.

Blinkers stoped working

Please check to make sure that it isn't your flasher fuse. You may have the ability to exchange it with your emergency flasher unit. Turn on your emergency flasher to locate where this unit is installed under your dash. Make sure that the e-flasher unit and turn signal unit can be interchanged. If you are confident that they can be switched, go ahead and see if that solves your problem.

Brake pads

if you have no experience with this please take it to some one whom does, trying to explain this to some one with little knowledge of is asking for trouble and safety issues. All cars have similar brake pads so with that said you really need a person to show you in person how it is done.
