SOURCE: Hear clicking sound from Passenger window, but won't roll up or down

The clicking is the relay, that means the relay is ok, if it didn't click it would be defective, you most likely have a faulty power window motor.

SOURCE: Left front door window sometimes will not go back up

USUALLY POWER WINDOW PROBLEMS ARE ONE OF THREE THINGS. 1. SWITCH 2. MOTOR 3. WINDOW REGULATOR. THE MOST COMMON PROBLEM THE LEXUS HAS IS THE MASTER SWITCH IN THE DRIVERS DOOR. IT CAN ALSO AFFECT THE OPERATION OF THE PASSENGER DOOR SWITCH....IF WINDOW REGULATOR IS BAD YOU WILL HEAR SOME CRAZY NOISES COMING OUT OF DOOR PANEL...VERY OBVIOUS.... FOLLOW THIS CLOSELY...STARE AT A LITE DOME LIGHT USUALLY WITH DOOR OPEN...WHEN YOU PRESS WINDOW SWITCH, IF THERE IS ANY DIMING OF DOME LIGHT....MOTOR IS BAD. IF DOME LIGHT STAYS THE SAME BRIGHTNESS... SWITCH IS BAD... EXCEPT IN THE CASE SOME HACKER HAS BEEN IN THE DOOR PANEL BEFORE ...IT DOES TAKE A SPECIAL TALENT TO REMOVE DOOR PANELS WITHOUT BREAKING THINGS AND EVEN MORE TALENT TO REPLACE WINDOW REGULATORS

Testimonial: "Thanks for tip. I hear pass. door window motor try when I use driver switch. My shop pulled panel; determined motor dying. Install = $546!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

What cause the left front window to go down automatic?

Hello Joe,

This could be the Body Control Module going bad and/or an issue with the Key FOB.
It will need to be scanned to confirm. I highly recommend a trip to the dealer to determine cause.

Best regards,

How to fix a window driver's side on a Nissan quest 2004....

First, you must establish what the issue is:
  1. Check for supply voltage to the actuator switch. If there is voltage TO the switch, activate the switch, and test for voltage on the switch output. If there is no voltage to to the switch, trace the issue back to the fuse panel. If there is voltage at the switch input AND voltage at the output of the switch, continue...
  2. Is the vehicle equipped with an "express" automatic window mode? If so, check to be sure the microswitch on the regulator is functioning. Also, verify that the automatic module (located in the armrest) is operating. Continue...
  3. When the actuator switch is operated, check for voltage at the motor. If there is voltage at the motor, make sure that the regulator mechanism is not jammed. (Has it been lubricated in the past 10 years?) Continue...
  4. If the actuator is operating and the regulator mechanism is operating correctly but the power window still does not work, replace the window motor.

Nissan Quest 2004 Driver Window will not raise? How do you tell if it is the window motor or switch that needs to be replaced? The window is in the down position, i see 3 screws holding the motor in place....

can you hear motor when switch is pressed if not check switch ,the motor sits in a regulator that controls the windows movement, you need to remove the door trim to get to the regulator which holds the motor,if you have very limited skill i wouldnt attempt it through trying to save money,
