Have you checked the relays..under hood box on drivers side. May be able to switch one out with another to see if they are bad. Just for a test.

It didn't work
tis got to be bad relays under hood but to have both go is weird. There is one thing you could try i am doubtful it'll work but tis super easy. disconnect the negative terminal on your battery for 2 or 3 minutes, then reconnect your battery term. This will reset your car's ECM or PCM. You then will know if it doesn't fix it that it's not in the computer prosser.

The airbag light will come on and stay on as long as there is an active code in the system. It will go off when the code goes to stored. Active means, something is malfunctioning right now so we will turn the light on. Stored means, something malfunctioned but is working now so we'll store the code in memory and turn the light back off. You really need to have the codes checked for an accurate diagnosis.

have someone check your BCM [body control module]. the dealer can do it. if it's bad, none of this stuff will work no matter how many fuses or rewiring you try.
