Neither my dashboard lights nor my tail lights are working

Not totally positive but I believe on your Toyota there are two places that fuses are located. You stated that all fuses under the bonnet are fine and I assume that means under the hood. The other place to check for a blown fuse would be under the dash instrument panel usually located directly above where your left knee would be while sitting in the drivers seat. there must be a short in the wire for your tail lights.

If can be issue with blown fuse or problem with cluster board circuit.

probably have a bad ground to the dash cluster or the dimmer is shorted

check the bulbs in the dash they could have blown out ,they aint made to last forever,it may be something that simple.

does your vehicle have tilt wheel...that is a common problem and your brake light wires run down through the steering column

sounds like dampness is getting in somewhere around the dash board and is causing a short.when it heats up it dries out

i would check the connectors under the dash they have a tendancy to get loose are get hot and short a fuse this is most likely the problem...please rate this....
