The transmission control box mounted under the cubbyhole keeps on beeping when i drive my toyota verso

What is a transmission control module? A transmission control module makes adjustments based on the data it collects from the different signals it receives. Some of the sensors that communicate with the transmission control module are the brake pedal position sensor, the transmission fluid temperature sensor, the turbine speed sensor and the throttle position sensor. The information that the transmission control module gathers from all of the sensors is important in making determinations regarding smooth gear shifting. Processing this information and sending out the correct signals contributes to better fuel efficiency and better vehicle handling, as well as decreased engine emissions. For instance, the transmission fluid temperature sensor sends signals indicating if the transmission fluid is at the proper temperature. Based on these signals, the transmission can downshift if necessary. The brake pedal position sensor relays information that tells the transmission control module if the driver has applied the brakes. The throttle position sensor helps manipulate the timing of shifting.

How to unlock a stuck steering lock on Toyota verso, (use box key)everything on vehicle was tested.

Hi, I seem to have the same problem with my Corolla verso 2004. The steering lock doesn't disengage and the car won't start even though the immobiliser light stops flashing. Have you managed to get it sorted?
Thanks

***** Update**** In the end I did manage to get my problem fixed. It had nothing to do with the key. The problem was a faulty connection in the immobiliser motor that sits on the steering column, It wouldn't disengage. Our mechanic checked and repaired the motor and now the car works fine. It's a very rare fault apparently.

My vehicle was moving then later indicate neutral and stop I try to engage the gear but the vehicle won't move why

If the gear indicator changed to neutral without you doing anything, I would say the transmission selector switch has failed. The switch tells the computer what position the shifter is in.

'04 Trailblazer. Indicator shows drive but it's not in drive.

The transmission range (TR) switch is part of the park/neutral position (PNP) and backup lamp switch assembly, which is externally mounted on the transmission manual shaft. The TR switch contains four internal switches that indicate the transmission gear range selector lever position. The powertrain control module (PCM) supplies ignition voltage to each switch circuit. As the gear range selector lever is moved, the state of each switch may change, causing the circuit to open or close. An open circuit or switch indicates a high voltage signal. A closed circuit or switch indicates a low voltage signal. The PCM detects the selected gear range by deciphering the combination of the voltage signals. One of these circuits it what is causing your problem but I hope this helps you understand some.
