If it is the wiring, I do not see how to get to them.

If it's anything like my old 93 Sable, you will have to disconnect the parking brake cable from the caliper before you can retract the piston. You should be able to do this with rudimentary tools - screwdriver, pliers. Also, the pistons on those type of calipers will NOT compress back into the cylinder. You will need to get a piston-retracting tool from your car parts store. These types of pistons need to be screwed back in by getting this tool and using a ratchet to press & turn at the same time. Have a swear jar and a few bandaids handy.

You have a broken wire to the turn/brake light portion of the light as they use the same wire. Or where the plug goes into the light assy could be bad. Torsion mount lights are horrible and you should think about replacing with a universal light that you can wire direct.

Check for power and ground at the two panel lights. GM uses a cheep circuit board design, they overheat and corrode on the other side of the board. not serviceable.
