Those have an issue with r/r abs sensor. pass side rear abs sensor that is. Nissan has tech service bulletin for this to take brakes off and backing plate and clean of all corrosion build up on the rear spindle and replace abs sensor. your car sees signal from that sensor and puts it in "fail safe" mode and that's when you loose power. i had 2004 maxima and it did the same thing until I did the procedure. I didn't replace sensor and it was fine.

You should first of all check the fuse for the abs under the hood. If that is ok, then get ready to fork out a couple of thousand dollars to fix it. It is probably the abs actuator, due to a speed sensor malfunction. Both will need to be replaced. Don't bother calling Nissan, they will not help with this issue.
