This is easy. Lift the lid open. Look at the back of the sealed beam and you will see a clip and an o ring. Pull the clip up and pull wires back toward the driver's seat. Unscrew the o ring and firmly pull the bulb out toward the driver again. Note the 3 tabs on the bulb seat and realign the new bulb with those tab ( 2 bottom, 1 top). Replace with #9007 bulbs..do them both.

SOURCE: How do I remove the spare tire from my Mercury Villager GS
Chances are the tire has "stuck" itself to the bottom of the frame of the vehicle. This happens when a new tire comes into contact with a clean metal surface and remains there under pressure for a period of time.
If you've unscrewed the holder, and can see that the mechanism is loose from the tire, then use your foot or a 2 x 4 or pipe or something and try to wedge/lever against the tire to break it loose. Make sure you arm, leg, foot, or had is not under the tire as it will likely fall to the ground, and those things are heavy.

Okay drive the van on ramps chalk rear wheels disconnect battery Under the van beside the oil pan you will see the starter motor disconnect the positive terminal and the two bolts that bolt it on the the engine lower it down by hand. Now reconnect positive terminal to the starter and any others present replace the retaining bolts tighten them .Now go up top reconnect battery and test start the van you should be good to drive now.
