How do I disable my ABS brakes on chevy aveo 2008

that is an electrical problem there is a sensor malfuntion that is telling the onboard computer in the car that it is unsafe to drive even though it may be fine it is locking you out in park. it most times will do this if there is a short circit in the brake lights

The reason you seem to have no brakes is because you ABS system is causing a partial release of your brakes because it's registering that one or more wheels are locking up. I don't have enough information to tell for sure what wrong with your brakes but the ABS light is on because there is something causing the ABS to malfunction. Some of the possible causes are; damaged tone ring, damaged sensor wire, bent axle, defective ABS controls.
Your best bet is to pull the trouble codes to find out if it's something the computer is registering. You should be able to do this by using the ignition. Without starting the car turn your ignition On, Off, On, Off, On, Off, On with in 30 seconds, after a short delay (if you did it correctly) your code should show up on your odometer if you have a digital odometer. If you don't have a digital odometer your check ingine light will blink the codes out. The first code should be 12 (engine not running) and the last code should be 55 (codes complete). If you have to use the check engine light the codes will blink one digit at a time repeating each digit 3 times. 12 will be flash, flash, flash for one then a pause then flash flash, flash flash, flash flash for two. This will continue until you get the code 55.
If you don't get any trouble codes you'll have to check for damaged brake parts or cabling.

check rotor and brake pads. also check fluid level. one of those 3 causing problems.
more and likely its the rotor. its cheaper to buy new ones for around 20-30 dollars.
warped rotor will cause the pedal to ..pulsate. and more and likely you pads are wore.
when getting new rotor always put new shoes on so the rotor it can wear evenly.

CHECK FOR YOUR BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH IT IS LOCATED BEHIND THE BRAKE PEDAL UNDER THE DASH. FOR A TEST DISCONNECT IT AND SEE.
