SOURCE: 2006 chevy malibu.... where is the egr valve
If it's a US car then there is not an egr on the 2.2L engine. I think some of the mexican and oversea's engines had them, but not here in the US.

Use the supplied fues puller or a needle nose pliers and pull the old one out and press the new one in. Very simple
SOURCE: Where is the air conditioning orfice tube located
Either in the condensor end of hoses or receiver dryer end of hoses. If hoses join in a union near dryer by firewall it is usually there between both unions.
SOURCE: I am replacing the compressor,
The orifice is always the last thing before the evaporator, which is inside the car.
It sometimes is part of the evaporator. It has to be where the thin tubing switches over to larger diameter tubing. The reason it is good to change is because it is easily plugged is there is any particles in the system. If there is water however, it will plug with ice, and replacing will not help because the water will plug a new orifice as well. Which is why a vacuum pump is important, to evaporate all the water.

Should be in the line near the condenser. At one of the connections the line should be wider to accept the tube. Its usually between the condenser and the accumulator.
