HIdden away somewhere near your water tank, you'll find valves to open or close.. You're going to have to experiment.. You should find a line from your water tank with a valve... and you should see a line coming from the outside hose feed that has a valve. Only one of these should be on. Also, pay attention to the lines near the hot water heater... Those can be wrongly off or on.. or by-passed. You're going to have to play with it... Good luck...
