SOURCE: dtc code p0121 and p2135 2007 chevy malibu
both codes refer to the throttle position sensor, the sensor is at the throttle plate, on the side of the throttle body. to test remove the connector to sensor, use a ohms meter to test. put 1 lead to top connection and the other to the bottom one. move throttle and the needles on the ohms meter should move very even, move throttle slow to get a good reading, needle should move without no hesitation, if the test is bad replace tps sensor. if the sensor gets to bad, it can have an effect on transmission shifting. after fixing sensor have the light turned of with an obd2 scanner.

SOURCE: i have a dtc code 302 for a 2000 ford focus
P0302 Indicates engine management has detected a misfire on cylinder number 2. Most often the cause of this on these vehicles is a coil or a sparkplug boot.
SOURCE: 2000 Ford Focus...DTC code PO455
code PO455
EVAP Control System Large Leak Detected
Possible Causes:
Aftermarket EVAP hardware non-conforming to specifications
Canister vent (CV) solenoid stuck open
EVAP canister purge valve stuck closed, or canister damaged
EVAP canister tube, EVAP canister purge outlet tube or EVAP return tube disconnected or cracked, or canister is damaged
Fuel filler cap missing, loose (not tightened) or the wrong part
Loose fuel vapor hose/tube connections to EVAP components
Purge sensor or FTP sensor is out of calibration or has failed
I would say that your gas cap is a good place to start.
