I have a 99 caravan it was crashed in the front the computer was smashed i got one from the junk yard but it wont start all the lights work but wonr crank

Did you check to see if there is power to the glow plugs if not then that may be the problem and if there is power when you cycle the key not to start but for the plugs to warm up you may have a bad glow plugs.

Do your fourway flashers work?
This problem is likely a burned out flasher unit. Generally this is an easy item to fix on any car. On your dodge it might be somewhat harder. You will need to consult your user manual to find the flasher location.

It may have jumped it's timing........Can be adjusted on distributor post.......Check spark plugs,spark plug wires and also gas filter.......Hope this helps.

sounds like a bad earth on one of the conections,take conector off and check the earth clean and spray wd40 onto it
