It is above the fuse box, but it must be programmed, so if you replace it the car won't start, might as well have the dealer do it.

Did they confirm no power to motor itself? I assume they did. Did they remove harness from module & clean all connections to it, and try again? Did you by any chance call dealer to confirm price of new, or call local auto recyclers for price and availability on a used one? In my experience these are not a common thing to go, but maybe one of the other techs here can jump in and give their opinion or experience on it.

SOURCE: where is the body control module located in a 2001

Not sure if this is a 98 Plymouth Grand Voyager or a 2001 Grand Caravan, but in either case:
The Body Control Module (BCM) is located under the Dash on the left side, behind the parking brake, mounted on the fire wall, to the left of the steering column. It is attached to / underneath the Junction Box. The BCM is the silver metal box attached to the black portion which is the Junction Box.

What fuse do I replace in a 2005 Dodge Caravan?

Yes there is just the Integrated Power Module and there is no fuse for the centre console. Check Fuse 17 as that is the Body Control Module. In all likelihood you will need and auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to find why the power is lost to there.

According to this there isn't one

And this confirms there isn't one. The are controlled by the Body Control Module.

No headlight relays or fuses on your model year. It is all controlled by microprocessors in the Body Control Module (BCM) and Front Control Module (FCM). You can try resetting them by removing the IOD memory fuse in the fuse box or the negative battery cable for 5 minutes. Have you tried cycling the headlight switch many times? Still out? There is an extended lifetime warranty on 2005/6 Dodge/Chrysler minivan headlight switches:

It also mentions above there was a recall on the headlight switch

2005 Dodge Caravan, Right headlight and right turn signal not working even after changing bulbs?

The light switch reports to the body control module. The BCM tell the front control module in the Integrated power module (IPM) to provide power. So check for power and ground in each bulb socket. If you see ground but no power, suspect a bad front control module or a bad IPM. Both are known problems.

Changing the fuel filter

Solve The body control module on this vehicle controls the gauges, radio, door locks, windows and wipers.... (More) The body control module on this vehicle controls the gauges, radio, door locks, windows and wipers. When this module goes out all sorts of crazy things happen to the car. The module is located inside the car behind the fuse panel. I have had this module go out on three caravans and it is very expensive to replace. Chrysler is aware of this problem. A mechanic told me that they were going to issue a recall but it did not impose a serious enough safety threat. _SetupBidi('source'); The fuel filter is on top of the fuel tank is visible and brings with her 3 hose couplings

it is going to be the cluster or the body control module. And with out seeing it I am almost certain it is the body control module . Are your door locks all working ? dodge uses the body control module it is like a computer brain and it controls everything electrical inside the cabin is the easiest way to explain. Its best to buy one from a dealer because they have to program it before it is installed. One thing you can do is go to the dealer or shop with chrysler scanner and have them check the body control module and the cluster. nothing else .
