Hi Janieanip01,
Again we need more imfo....Is the vehicle injection?....If it is you'll have to wait until the fuel rail is re-pressurised before it will start....Crank it for about ten seconds at a time so as not to burn out the starter motor....It may be that the vehicle didn't run out of fuel but instead the pump may have given in....and when did you last replace the fuel fiter?

The Tail Lights Are Accessed From The Inside Of The Trunk There Will Either Be A Panel Immediately Behind Where The Light Is Or Carpet. Remove It And It Will Give You Access To The Rear Of The Bolts Just Grab Twist And Pull And The Light Will Come Out.
SOURCE: what is a fair price to replace a freeze plug on
I would say around $100.00.....but...
Some engines have freeze out plugs between the engine and transmission, so removing one would drive the cost up. If your is fairly easy to get at, the plug is cheap, you'll have a labor cost, and some anti-freeze.
