these are codes for the EVAP emissions. Evap is the system that recovers fuel vapor from the fuel tank, stores it in the charcoal canister, and then allows the engine to burn those vapors.
Here's what you can check.
1. check the fuel cap to make sure it is tight and the seal is not cracked.
2. check the filler kneck where the cap seals to it for rust or cracks.
3. check all the rubber hoses for the evap system for cracks (very common on chryslers).
3. If you cannot find any problems with the above you will need to have the system smoke tested for leaks.
if no leaks are found than the most likely problem is the NLDP (natural leak detection pump). Also very common on Chryslers.
