This sounds like an issue with your AntiTheft. Your car has "AntiTheft" installed. All Chryslers do. So if there is an issue with your key, your car will start and then die.

these are codes for the EVAP emissions. Evap is the system that recovers fuel vapor from the fuel tank, stores it in the charcoal canister, and then allows the engine to burn those vapors.

Here's what you can check.
1. check the fuel cap to make sure it is tight and the seal is not cracked.
2. check the filler kneck where the cap seals to it for rust or cracks.
3. check all the rubber hoses for the evap system for cracks (very common on chryslers).
3. If you cannot find any problems with the above you will need to have the system smoke tested for leaks.

if no leaks are found than the most likely problem is the NLDP (natural leak detection pump). Also very common on Chryslers.

Did you try a hot and new ground when testing direct? Could be a bad ground. Also, check in harness that runs through from door to post on drivers side for damaged wiring as well, due to always opening and closing on that side the most.

run a wire from the back of the alternator off of the stud in back of alternator to battery positive post.
I have done this before on chryslers the ammeter in dash burns out and it does not charge battery no more.
By running wire from back of alternator it will charge the battery.

All I can advise is here at the shop we 3 trans of chrysler to one of any other brand.but I have to be far to chrysler all that we have done is on trucks that pulls trailers.

first, what kind of car and what year? to the first question (and possibly the second) there can be a number of problems with your locks. Many mid-90's chryslers and fords had weak door lock actuators. it could be that your actuators are beginning to age. Depending on the condition of the vehicle and year, though, you could have wiring problems. if the two problems came up around the same time it sounds to me like you have a newer vehicle (possibly chrysler or foreign) that uses a multiplex system-meaning one wire or group of wires control multiple functions. POst more information and it may make it easier to diagnose/troubleshoot.

like most other chryslers , might be on the rear of engine , gets its signal from points on flywheel

i co-oped at chryslers dealership for 6 months and never used the hoist to do egrs its 4-5 bolts

check fuses under the hood. Sometimes the engine fuse will blow on Chryslers.
