The clicking is the air temperature blend door motor, most likely the motor will have to be replaced the blend door checked to make sure it moves freely, this repair requires the removal of the dash assembly.

Hi Bri,
That is usually the first symptom of low coolant. Not enough water in the system to circulate through the heater core. Has it been running hot?
Check the coolant level in the radiator
