I had code saying misfire in cylinder 8 cleared code took for drive then I got a p0320 code are these related in some way if not what is the most likely problem

1) Google the code with the car model; read the troubleshooting tips
2) replace the spark plug on 3 cylinder if worn out;
3) need to check the el wire condition which supplies el to cylinder 3 - might need to replace the whole wiring el . Package...
4) erase the code once the parts are replaced.

it will be better to replace all spark plugs at once

po440 is related to fuel tank pressure
pO441 is for evaporator purge flow malfunction
po446 relates to vent control valve electrical circuit malfunction

missfire is seperate from the other codes
as for the other three codes replace the vent control valve solenoid located near the charcoal canister the oth3er codes can relate to a faulty solenoid

after replacing light will only go out if you clear through a scan tool or three drive cycles of over 10 min each

The error code p0301 ,This code is related to misfire.The cylinder is misfiring. p0301 this is the indication of cylinder number 1 ,that is misfiring.If the code comes up as p0300 this is the indication of random misfire from all the cylinders.But in your case its indicating p0301 this is indication of cylinder 1 misfire.Check cylinder 1 and replace the faulty cylinder 1 to clear the fault.The spark plugs and the wires connecting to spark plugs also needs to be checked. have you checked the coil pack for cyl 4? are you getting spark? it could be grounding out somewhere check your cables for carbon

P1299 - Cylinder Head Over Temperature Protection Active Indicates an engine overheat condition was detected by the cylinder head temperature (CHT) sensor. An FMEM Strategy called Fail-safe Cooling was activated to cool the engine. Engine cooling system concerns

Causes:
Low engine coolant level
Base engine concerns


P0320 - Ignition Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction - The ignition engine speed sensor input signal to PCM is continuously monitored . P0320 indicates that two successive erratic profile ignition pickup ( PIP ) pulses have occurred

causes: loose wires / connectors , arching secondary ignition components ( coil , wires , + plugs ) , on board transmitter ( 2 - way radio )

This is the explanation for the error codes you are receiving, at least it is a good place to start looking for the problem. Hope this can help you.

It's detected a Misfire in Cylinder # 8
Any of the following could cause a misfire:
faulty spark plug or wire
faulty coil
faulty fuel injector
poor compression
defective computer

Replace the coil pack once more. I went through 2 new ones on my f150 on one cylinder. One worked, the other didn't (both new off the shelf). Condensation build up in the boot caused mine to misfire. Anytime you replace a coil pack, squirt a little silicone grease inside. This will prevent condensation from hitting your plug. Fords are notorius for this problem, especially if you live in a humid area. Also, make sure and clear the codes after you make the repair.

P0301 = Misfire cylinder #1P0303 = Misfire cylinder #2
P0171 = System too lean cylinder #1
Are you sure on the P1151 code? I am thinking this may be a P0151 which is O2 sensor related.
This looks like you have a fuel system related misfire. I would do a fuel injection cleaning service and then clear codes and see if the codes regenerate.
