Fuse for 1995 galant dash clock location

The Fuse Box is Under the Hood or Under the Dash on the Drivers Side.... You have 2 of them

I know you stated that all fuses are ok. However, there is not much of anything else that makes sense. So if you would, please examine the "CIG" fuse located in the fuse block at the lower left of the dash panel. It is a 15 Amp fuse. It is Fuse #1 in the picture below.

Sounds like a fuse. Check all of the fuses in the fuse box located under the dash next to the driver side kick panel and under the hood.

Engine compartment and is the bottom row for the A/C.

The interior fuse box is located under the driver's side of the instrument panel

check the fuse box inside your engine compartment the fuse for your stereo is located in that box. or if your not familiar with it ask a automotive technician for a help

Before you remove the dash, double check the fuse(s). There are TWO fuses to power the radio. One is "switched on" when you turn the key on, the other is "constant on" to run the clock and the radio presets when the car is turned off. The constant on circuit is usually the Cigar Lighter fuse. Check the owner's manual or a trip to the library to look at their repair manuals for fuse box locations.
I repaired Delco radios for years and never had to tear the dash apart to fix a radio....

You should find where the fuse box is in the cars handbook .

In most cases the fuse block is under the dash on the drivers side. In some vehicles I've seen them in the engine compartment.

It's simple to diagnose. Open the fuse panel, there are separate fuses for the stereo and door locks. Fuses are either good or bad.

check all your fuses,,,sometime the radio display is on a separate fuse.....
