On my explorer I had problems with door ajar light and interior lights staying on, sometimes. Found broken wires in the harness between drivers door and door post. Constant flexing of opening and closing the door eventually breaks them. You could have window control wires broken.

2004 Ford Explorer power windows doesn't work/checked fuses & breaker are ok

I would suspect the master switch, however you should check inside the rubber boot where the wires go into the drivers door from the body, often a wire will break there due to the drivers door being the most used.

2004 ford explorer drivers side power windows dont work

Most likely is the window's electric motor.
Ford is one of the companies that is experiencing many electric window motor failures.
There are several other cars with the same problem.
Be blessed.

Power windows do not work. fuse is fine

If all of the windows do not work and the fuse is fine, the problem is either the window switch on the drivers door or the wire is bad that provides power. Remove the door panel and meter the switch, if you get power to the switch but not through the switch the problem is the switch. If you are not getting power to the switch you know you have a wiring problem.

Power windows stopped working.

Look in your owners manual for the underhood fuse box. There are some models which have several sets of fuses. Also check your window lockout button which should be on the drivers door or center console. This is a safety feature to keep kids from playing with the windows.
It is not impossible to lose 2 motors at once, because I've done that, but 4 window motors at once is a stretch. Hope this helps.
