Well if it's full or not make sure ..it's full and disconnect your positve battery post for like ten minutes..Then after that reconnect should be off now...That resets the computer on those years ..good luck..
Turn off the ignition of car.
Let the engine and radiator cool.
Refill the coolant to the required quantity with the approved type.
Wait until the coolant helps reduce the heat completely.
You should not see the light now.

If its in the line its self just cut the line in two and take some fuel line hose, the right diameter, slip it over the line with a couple of clamps and that should fix it. Theres not much pressure there and its a cheap fix.

heres a wiper linkage asm diagram, the wiper washers are on the hood or on the cover to deck,then the hose runs through the wiper arm to a nozzle, if you remove the arms you can lift cover enough to look at the hose to washer connection,also check hose to arm they often break there good luck.
