One is front of the cat, and one after the cat of the exhaust.
The OBD Scanner should tell you which bank is producing the error.
Bank one is the front one.

SOURCE: alarm keeps going off.

the alarm is tied into the body module, cannot be disconected. module sees one of your access points open. do all the locks work with the key? is it an original key? try unlocking trunk or passenger door with key. this should kill the alarm

Make sure it's in Park (if automatic). If so, or if it is a manual, turn the steering wheel (even if it's locked in) and the key will release.
