Disconnect negative battery cable.
Drain cooling system.
Disconnect upper radiator hose.
Remove upper radiator closure panels.
Disconnect electrical connectors from electric fans.
Remove all mounting bolts for electric fans then remove from vehicle.
Raise vehicle. (You might not have to, but its easier)
Remove lower splash shield.
Disconnect lower radiator hose.
Remove lower condenser mounting bolts.
Lower vehicle.
Now back to the top.
Remove upper radiator mounting brackets and bolts.
Remove upper condenser bolts.
Now separate condenser from radiator.
Tilt radiator toward the engine and remove it from the vehicle.

Sounds like your blower control modular. It is located on the passager side floor under the dash. If you can find the blower motor and follow the wires back from it will lead you right to it (about half a foot away from it). It plugs into it. and has two screws you will have to remove to get it out. The two screws can be kinda hard to get to and you will have to get the modular from the dealer but if you can change it this should fix your problem.
