No matter whether you have enough air pressure of not that is a low pressure warning, you must have a air pressure system sensor for the air brakes that is reading incorrectly (reading low air pressure), it should be on the main pressure storage tank.

Testimonial: "Thanks yadayada. Checked harness plugs on air tank and must of disturbed something. Water in one of the plugs I think. Fixed. Thank you all for the help. Never used this before was great."

The water in the plug was the problem.

1998truck makes a beeping sound in the area when I turn the on

My friend, you have a lot of looking to do. It could be a door latch not closing all the way or a seat belt switch bad. The beeping noise is probably the warning buzzer or beeper under the dash in or near the the fuse panel. Once you find the switch that is bad. you will fix the problem. or you could remove the beeper. Just saying. Please use all caution when working under the dash. Don't knock the vehicle out of gear. Block your wheels from movement in case that should happen. I hope this helps

Loud buzzing noise seemingly coming from gauge cluster area. Only happens when car is moving under load, or not under load. Does not happen when vehicle is idling.

Could be seat belt Buzzer / Door / Tailgate not closed securely warning Buzzer Stuck ON since car in park these buzzers do not activate but you said under movement sound occurs .. Mechanically I would Check Altenator for Proper Charge output - Then Ground wires for Battery / Corrosion needs cleaning ?? - Plus Dash Cluster must be Grounded Tightly .

Fuse box location

Its not under the seat. It should be on the bottom of the dash near the parking brake, or on the side of the dash where the door closes against the dash. There should be a panel covering the fuse box.

My seat belt alarm keeps dinging even though my seat belt is secured/fastened. how do I make it stop?

Check under both seats and make sure the wire harness is plugged in all the way. Some times shoving stuff under the seat unplugs wiring harness; seat belt sensor, occupant weight senor for air bags, heated seats & power seats (could be more than one wiring harness. Look inside belt buckle fastener; is it crusty with anything (food, crumbs, coin change)? Blow it out with a portable can of air. Make sure both the male/female parts of belt are clean, non-rusted/corroded & non-damaged to make good electrical connection when belted in; this turns off your belt warning light and bell. Check all wiring from the belt buckle release a the way down to under the seat; both sides...both seats They both seats could be interlinked into system; when one fails (bad connection) the other seat sensor fails also.

Seat belt indicator won't stop buzzing

have you tried unplugging the 2 prong plug under the seat(its right under the seat belt buckle)? i have a 98 mitsubishi eclipse and i simply unplugged it and it disabled the buzzer. if that doesn't work, you can connect the 2 wires (on the harness side) either by bridging the 2 terminals with a jumper wire or you can cut the plug off and just twist the 2 wires together.
