There is no fuel reset button. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, Also, check fuel injector pulse. Are there any applicable trouble codes?
disconnect all fuel lines, vacuum lines, electrical connections at the fuel tank. disconnect the fuel filler tube, then support the fuel tank as it will be heavy, unbolt the fuel tank straps and lower the fuel tank. clean the top of the tank so no dirt falls into the tank. undo the tank unit lock ring and remove the tank unit(fuel pump assembly).
unhook the battery wait 5 minutes and hook it back up, this might force the computer to reset itself , if not, ( and give it a while to happen) the dodge dealer in your area can rest the system and do a OBD check
fuel pump relay or fuel pump. check power fuel tank for a three second prime. if power, then replace pump. if no power, check fuses and power to relay.
Dodge caravans don't have fuel reset switches. Is the problem a no start no fuel. Can you hear the fuel pump when you turn on the key. What engine do you have?
If you disconnect the positive battery terminal for at least 20 minutes it will "reset" the computer .. but be aware that you will lose all radio station presets, clock time, etc ...
