2003 Toyota RunX Rsi. Everything is changed on the throttle body. It was vibrating on acceleration and while idling. Today I tried to start it but it won't start. Keeps turning the engine.

Did you clean all the carbon build up from the inside of the Throttle Body.. It sounds like it is sticking. Also check the Air Filter.

U probly gut ignition issue..wornplugs or boots..if has distcap chec inside for corrosion. Throttl body n idleair is dirty. Carbon deposits on valves

Have the OBD scanned. It's likely the MAF sensor. You can try cleaning it, but likely it'll need to be replaced.

Under the hood in the fuse and reply center if it has a relay for the lights, which I doubt.

No relay for the A/C controller, just a fuse. Marked HVAC. There is a relay for the blower. Built into the blower resistor. But that doesn't keep the controller from lighting up.

I like to know my 2003 runx rsi is it using timing chain or Cambelt?

The first place I would look is the IAC motor (idle air control) usaully on throttle body and possibly dirty throttle body and one last thing could possibley be EGR valve exaust gas recir. as if it stuck open it will lean out engine.
