These are all function of the Body Control Module. You need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer and access to factory technical bulletins.
The fuses for the illumination of the dash are number 52 and 64 in the engine compartment fuse box. This fusebox is under a cover on the right hand side as you are standing in front of the car looking at the engine. The fuses could definitely be the problem.
use a light circuit breaker in place of the fuse, then check harness for short to ground, start with tail light harness, or trailer wiring if so equiped

SOUNDS LIKE THE FUSE BURNT OPEN IN THE OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION RELAY.LOOK FOR A RELAY THAT IS RED ON TOP AND HAS A 10 AMP FUSE PLUGGED IN THE TOP.CAN'T

are these turbo cars and have u taken off the fuel rail to see if they are opperating if they are opperating (you can tell with a node light or just a 12v test light)then most likely its ur fuel control relay under ur center console if they are not opperating and it is a turbo car u should look at ur resister pack (a silver box on the firewall right by the dsm tag) and if they are not opperating and it is turbo ur non (either way) u could be looking at a bad ecu (verry common if they get to hot or to cold
