one fuse panel on that vehicle. It's on the driver side end of dash, you have to open the driver door to get at it. The box is under the hood, labeled relay center I believe.

HI, IT IS UNDERNEATH THE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY ON TOP OF TRANSMISSION. SO REMOVE AIR CLEANER, REMOVE THE WIRE CONNECTOR,THE 2 OR 3 13MM BOLTS, 1 15MM NUT, AND LIFT OFF SHIFT CABLE, THEN REMOVE. INSTALL IN OPPOSITE ORDER. THANKS MOTOR62500.
Carefully remove the hangers, take/use an old rubber tire or this quality/texture of rubber & cut new ones for the hangers OR go to a Wrecking yard and remove and purchase what you need...
The fuel line fittings and the tank straps are probably rusted at the threaded bolt and nut. Have some penetrating oil spray onto them and let it sit over night. Use an impact wrench to remove the two nuts. Next remove the fuel lines and drop the tank out. Having an empty tank is good also to lighten the weight
