SOURCE: where is the oil filter located on my 2008 dodge
You can access the oil filter easily from underneath next to the front, driver-side wheel at the front of the engine. There is clear access to the filter there.
SOURCE: 2008 dodge nitro change oil light how to turn off ...
Directions are in the book, but you would put the key in and turn it all the way, just don't start engine. Pump gas pedal all the way to the floor 3 times slowly, but it has to be with 10 seconds. Turn key off and when you start again, oil changed chime and warning should not be on. If it is, try again.

You may have a defective clock spring. If your car is still under warranty, the repair will be free.
In any case, this is a safety issue and should be taken care of ASAP.

you'll need to pull the codes. There are hundreds of possibilities. With the code(s) you will be able to identify the problem a lot easier. Call around, some parts stores will pull codes for free. Shops will usually have a fee that includes the diagnostic time to figure out the cause of the code and determine the correct repair.
Some common things are loose gas cap or O2 sensor issues but like I said it could be any number of a hundred or so different things.
