Valve Clearences For A Ford Ranger WE Engine

It should be on top of the VALVE COVER PULL HOSE AND PVC VALVE IS AT END IF IT IS NOT MAKING A NOISE WHEN YOU SHAKE IT REPLACE IT

positive crankcase valve is located on the back of the valve cover on the right valve cover i believe if your looking at the engine, you will need to remove some hoses to be able to access the pcv valve, here is a diagram to help

Flow is from engine to heater control valve to heater core back to engine. IE the hose with the valve is the heater IN,

Ford uses hydraulic valve lifters,turn engine over to install rockers,engine oil pressure keeps valves constantly adjusted.

The EGR pressure sensor is located within inches of the EGR valve. The exact location varies depending on the engine (2.5L, 3.0L or 4.0L). It is usually attached to the upper intake manifold with two small bolts.

should be on the valve cover... goes into the cover thru a rubber gromet with a vacuum hose attached.

it should be on top of the valve cover.. all cars and trucks have them but sum and not many have 1's that never need to be replace..

with the purge valve powered up vacuum should flow through it. the purge flow sensors can go bad on these (between engine and purge valve)

if your obd2 scanner fits the connection you have obd2, obd1 connector is way differnt.
