Clunk in right side passanger side when turning right accelerating at a low pace and over bumbs can feel it continuously when driving on a smooth road

rear brakes are sticking get it serviced

when does it make the clunk sound? ie; 1) when driving over bumpy road, 2) when making a right or left hand turn, 3) when accelerating or 4) when coming to a stop.

jack it up and check for wheel movement in and out there shouldn't be any,

it may be a bad upper strut plate or the strut is bad itself. check to make sure all is tight on passengers side.

without having vehicle up on a four poster and putting my head underneath ?? as for the rattle ?? this could be pinking caused by low octane fuel ,95 unleaded is what it should have

check oil level in trasfer case front and rear dif . front calipers could be sticking reardrum brakes could be frozzen dose the truck pull to one side if brakes are aplidded hard with no hands on stering wheel

How many miles on this vehicle?... Still under warranty.

bottom ball joints worn

It sounds like your CV Joint is worn. Simple check is to drive in a left circle and then right circle. If the noise get's worst when your turning left or right, then it's time to change the CV Joints.
Might as well change both sides since they have the same miles.
Total CV joint failure = Tow to the shop.

disconnect the egr valve and try it at low speed if you give some gas egr open to mush to mush air not enought gas create hesitation before changing the egr just disconnect it and try hope it FIXYA our problem thanks pierre
