Look at shock/strut --sway bar /bushings =upper and lower control arms ball joints = basically can be any part in front suspension

Clunk noise passenger rear

A clunk when i turn

It sounds like your CV Joint is worn. Simple check is to drive in a left circle and then right circle. If the noise get's worst when your turning left or right, then it's time to change the CV Joints.
Might as well change both sides since they have the same miles.
Total CV joint failure = Tow to the shop.

Synchronization problem between accelerator and transmission at low/no speed

disconnect the egr valve and try it at low speed if you give some gas egr open to mush to mush air not enought gas create hesitation before changing the egr just disconnect it and try hope it FIXYA our problem thanks pierre
