It has been running rough for awhile now recent distributor wires cap rotor. only code is a miss. had knock senser and o2 senser before dis installed. any ideas

check the spark plug wires, put water in a spray bottle and spray along the wires,especially by the coil,if the car starts to run bad or you see sparks, the wires are no good, hope this helps, Ray

I think you should replace the knock sensor first, I have seen this problem very often.The sensor is located under the intake plentum but you can get to it by using a 1/4 drive long extension and a 10 mm universal socket.Loosen the bolt and use the wire to pull the bolt and sensor out, the unplug the sensor.15 minutes of work , no big deal.
