I believe you should pop the trunk and look where the light would be on the outside and pull the carpeting off.
well first unscrew the screws holding the carpet down then look in there.
pull out the headlight assembly and take out bulb and put new one in
remove the upholstered panel located in the trunk use a screwdriver (phillips) to unscrew the plastic retaining clips (1/4 turn) once panel is removed you should be able to see the backside of the tailight assembly the wires go to plugs which when turned about a half turn (counterclockwise I think) should pull out located the bad bulb and replace to remove the brakelight bulb push in on bulb and turn counterclock wise good luck
