You will need a factory service manual for that kind of very detailed info. I suggest you try and find a used one on eBay. I buy all my manuals there very cheap compared to new. Also CD's can be found..

Does anyone know the torque specs for a 2015 chevy spark cvt transmission valve body?

https://eautorepair.net/Marketing/Default.asp

NOT THE EV SURE

READ THE SERVICE MANUAL
DO NO ASK FOR RUMORS ON THE WEB.or
$$$
BUY THE MANUAL OR RENT IT.
CVT7; 3.75R(GY5) BY JATCO. <<< best guess me. blind.
THE BOOKS SAYS
Control Valve Body Cover Bolt 6?N·m 53?lb?in iNCH POUNDS NEVER FEET.
a very small number, about 1/2 the spec of 6mm bolt m6
but this is rumor, as for sure not sure me exact ctv box is there.
but the one manual for USA car states that.

For all the bolt torque specs you will need a service manual. For partial torque specs, you can Google

Where is the output transmission speed sensor located on a 2011 Buick lacrosse cxs 3.6 v6

Scan told popped OSS errors or not?
P0722, P0723 P0722, P0723 P0722, P0723????????????
no Graziano transfer case, rare.?
OSS hunt day , endless here hunts, and no service manual you.
POB car,GM.
6 transmissions used then
all GM 6 speeds.
all 6Txx
xx = 30,40,45,50,70,75.
your car is GM and the car has RTO tag and Mxx codes tell what box tranny is really there.
it may be true all 6Txx have same sensor and location
i have the huge book in it , but reading all 500 pages to find that is no fun for me, post your RPO and ask.
RPO listed boxes
MH2 Transmission - Automatic 6?Speed, HMD, 6T70 MH4 Transmission - Automatic 6?Speed, HMD, 6T70, AWD/PTU MH7 Transmission - Automatic 6?Speed, HMD, X23FHD now the AWD has its own OSS, got AWD, all wheel drive?
IDK what you have nor RPO nor the VIN.
the 70up has OSS (non AWD) top center of the main gear case.
and long black cable to the left.
the lower set 30- to 50 OSS is
"example of the importance of the VIN #. Assume nothing."
quote of the day is this, or RPO does not lie. learn that.

6t30 is here

but learn this first, all 4wd or AWd drive cars the OSS is moved to the rear, so low range works and does no lie to the PCM /TCM
to the rear of car, with AWD in this case if there at all IDK
3.6L may be the bigger box (6Txx) as xx s for more torque.
guessing what GM does is super hard not me reading the VIN the RPM or side fox tag omg 6T70?

Where is the tcm on a 2012 on a Chevy impala

on newer cards the TCM was moved inside the ECU and forms what is called a PCM,
TCM= the transmission brain for all electronic shifted A/T
the shop manual covers all this. buy one? rent it ?
no engine told (USA CAR) and engines are matched up to A/T transmissions by torque, rating;
so no transmission told either. but solved by me (USA only answers me)
here is the choices seen at CHebby OEM.
had 8 different , v6's then all 3.6Liter if still stock is it? not flex?
it was./
6-Speed Automatic Transmission Assembly - GM (19332871) OEM GM 6-Speed Automatic Transmission Assembly For 2012 Chevrolet Impala
so next where is the brain here TCM ( by any name)
zero hits at chevy for TCM) ECM yes, BCM yes.
seen here and CHEVY does not sell he TCM (neat) read on. why.

https://www.gmpartscenter.net/oem-parts/gm-engine-control-module-assembly-12651993?c=bD0xJm49U2VhcmNoIFJlc3VsdHMmYT1jaGV2cm9sZXQmbz1pbXBhbGEmeT0yMDEyJnQ9bHQmZT0zLTZsLXY2LWdhcw%3D%3D
are you getting USA OBD2 scan errors for TCM?

now I read your FSM factory service manual to you.
Transmission - 6T70/6T75 TCm words are there,

In the engine compartment, left front lower, inside the front of the automatic transmission, part of the control solenoid valve assembly
states
Control Solenoid (W/Body and TCM) Valve Assembly
ok super deep in the manual here it is (drum rolllllllllll)_

The control solenoid (w/body and TCM) valve assembly contains the following components:
  • Transmission control module?(TCM)
  • Clutch pressure control solenoids?(Clutch PC Sol)
  • Shift solenoids?(SS)
  • Line pressure control solenoid?(Line PC Sol)
  • Torque converter clutch pressure control solenoid?(TCC?PC Sol)
  • Transmission fluid temperature sensor?(TFT Sensor)
  • TCM temperature sensor
  • Power-up temperature sensor
  • Transmission fluid pressure switches?(TFP Sw)
SOLVED !!!
These components are not serviced separately.
The control solenoid (w/body and TCM) valve assembly utilizes a lead-frame system to connect these components electrically to the TCM. No wires are used for these components. The control solenoid (w/body and TCM) valve assembly bolts directly to the lower and upper valve body assemblies inside the transmission. The control solenoid (w/body and TCM) valve assembly connects to the engine harness 20-way connector.

end easter egg hunt again.
no problems told at all.
and we all knows A/T box love problems and are mostly very costly cures.
it's in this mess. and not sold as sub parts TCM

tcm-undefined-undefined-0.jpg SOLVED , TCM is inside here, must buy all see there, as 1.

What is the area on a c-6 automatic transmission that is just above the filter?

That is the VALVE BODY. Torque specs for tightening the valve body bolts must be followed precisely to assure continued operation of the transmission.
There is also a NECESSARY gasket at the top of the filter that must go between the filter and the valve body, otherwise the transmission will suck air and "slip" when shifting from 1st to 2nd.

Code p0894 2004 trailblazer

Found that code very easily on Google. Is is a transmission code in relation to the TCC (torque converter clutch). Could be a lack of maintenance, burnt fluid or debris in the fluid. Could also be a bad TCC solenoid or another internal trans issue. You will more than likely need to visit a qualified transmission repair facility unless you are good with trans internals.
