your original question was have not received my order of the Riviera set Hardcover. ordered on 3 Nov 2016 to GU21 5TA.
I would suggest that you contact from the vendor that you ordered from. If you ordered it by credit card look at your statement and you might find the phone number for the purchase. Good luck.
Then I would suggest that you contact the place that you ordered it from. Posting this here; with a Q&A board that has nothing to do with them is pretty much a waste of time. We can't help you.
contact the department from where you bought the order and put in a a claim for the extra book or a refund for the book
Talking on the phone to people gets really good results.
Heidi, I assume you have lost your original keychain remote. A dealer probably won't be much help since the alarm is aftermarket. Most are. Your best bet is to take it to a good auto sound shop and tell them your problem. They can find the receiver inside your Trooper, open it up, and determine the make and model of the alarm system, and can order you a new remote(if they don't have one already), and can match the code to your existing system. This should not cost more than $40-$50 and only take 1 or 2 days to order. They can code match it when you pick it up in about 15 minutes. Good luck!
Hello brandydog04: My name is Roger and I will help you. First you did not say which motor was in your car. They had a 3.8 and a 301 V6 engine. I have attached a copy of both fire orders for you. Should you need further help please just ask. Please rate the answer you received. This way I know it was helpful. Thank You for using Fix Ya. Good luck with your repairs. Roger
The fab key it self may be bad at the unlock switch it self and the fab key needs to be replaced. You can try to reset the fab lock if you like and see if that addresses the issue.
Important Once the Keyless entry receiver enters the programming/diagnostic mode, the programming of the first transmitter erases all previous transmitter programming information. You must then program all of the transmitters. Program only 1 vehicle remote control door lock receiver at a time. If you program multiple receivers simultaneously, the same transmitter could possibly be programmed to more than 1 remote control door lock receiver. Perform the following steps: Sit in the vehicle driver's seat. (actually it’s much err from the front pass seat) Remove the ignition key from the ignition lock cylinder. Close all of the vehicle's doors. Remove the MALL PGM fuse from the fuse panel. Refer to Electronic Diagnosis in Body and Chassis. Turn the ignition lock cylinder to the ACC position. Turn the ignition lock cylinder OFF, then back to ACC within 1 second. Open and then close any vehicle door. You will hear a chime when the remote control door lock receiver enters the programming/diagnostic mode. If you do not hear a chime, start again at step 1. Important After 7 seconds, you may hear a chime confirming successful synchronization. After approximately 14 seconds, you will hear a chime confirming successful programming. Press and hold the transmitter LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously for 14 seconds. Repeat step 8 in order to program each additional transmitter. Remove the ignition key from the ignition lock cylinder. Install the MALL PGM fuse back into the fuse panel. Refer to Electrical Diagnosis in Body and Chassis. Validate that all the transmitters that were programmed operate properly. Refer to Keyless Entry System Operation Good luck and hope this helps. If you have problems you can try asking the service department at the dealer where you bought the car or where you have the car serviced. Simple things like this most of the time will not cost much and may even be free of charge if you have a good relationship with them. Goodluck and hope this helps.
