If you are talking about the door speakers, then simply remove the door trim panel. Take the screws out of the door panel and it pops straight outward, its held on by snap rebits that comes apart if you pull hard, then unhook the wire connectors and the door handle rod, be careful not to break anything. If your talking about the dash speakers, simply pop the cover upward and replace the speakers. Hope this helps and please visit my auto-repair-website at: http://www.bigasautorepair.com/
Pull the left rear door panel and see if the lock solenoid is getting power when the door lock switch is depressed. If it is replace the door lock solenoid. If it isn't than you'll have to start tracing wires back to the switches to find the open in the wire. A common place for this to happen is in the harness that runs in between the door and the body.
This shouldn't be two difficult to solve with a basic volt meter or test light.
If you have more questions please ask and i'll do my best to help.

FIRST YOU NEED TO REMOVE THE INSIDE PANEL. AFTER DOING THAT, WITH THE WINDOW ROLLED UP REMOVE 2 PLUGS ON THE METAL TO ACCESS THE TWO NUTS THAT HOLD ON THE OUTSIDE HANDLE. WHEN REMOVED, YOU CAN UNHOOK THE RODS THAT ACTUATE THE DOOR RELEASE. THE INSTALLATION IS THE REVERSE. I HOPE THIS HELPS. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO KEEP ME POSTED. THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, JUST ASK. GOOD LUCK
All its done its just come off its tracks so remove the door insert carefully place the window back on the track and tighten it up using basic tools and no the door insert/panel can come off even if the window is all the way up. Hope this helps.
