Not really.
The pumps have been part of the sending unit assembly for several years now.
You might get one from a salvage yard for less than $100 but I would not want to risk a used pump given the labor involved to do the job.
I am very sorry - - I missed the word tank in your message. Most people ask about pumps instead of tanks. You can re-list the question if you like and I will make sure I skip it in the queue. I really can't think of a way to get a used tank other than a salvage yard unless you could find someone parting out a car as a private owner or from a body shop.

The tank does not need to be dropped. There is a access panel either under the cushion of the rear seat or in the trunk. I have to replace the pump on my 02

Most of the time there is an inlet screen/filter in fuel tank attached to fuel pump. But there should be another filter between tank and fuel rail. it should be located on the firewall, so if you work backward from an injector toward the gas tank you will bump right in to the filter along the way.

BEFORE YOU TRY TO START YOUR CAR, TURN THE KEY TO THE ON POSITION AND STOP TO HEAR A WHISSING SOUND COMING FROM YOUR FUEL TANK. IF YOU HEAR THAT NOISE, THAT IS YOUR FUEL PUMP ENGAGING AND IT IS WORKING FINE. IF NOT, YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY GET IT CHANGED. ITS A GRUELING PROCESS SO HAVE A MECHANIC DO IT. IF YOUR FUEL PUMP IS WORKING, TRYING CHECKING THE PRESSURE OF YOUR FUEL. YOU MIGHT NEED A NEW FUEL FILTER(IT CAN GET CLOGGED UP) OR YOUR FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR MAY BE MALFUNCTIONING.

Take it back to where you had it serviced. They probably simply missed connecting the fuel level sensor. The engine light is probably from a missed emissions hose that goes to the gas tank.

YOU WILL REQUIRE DIAGNOSTIC TO DO THIS BUT IF YOUR VEHICLE IS LOCK IN A SAFE AREA JUST LEAVE ONE COMPONENT OPEN AND CHECK IF THE ALARM WILL SOUND AGAIN REPEAT THIS TILL YOU FIND THE DEFECTIVE COMPONENT.

I need the whole fuel tank. Not the pump. And I can't get one from the junk yard cause junk yards drill holes in the fuel tanks to drain the fuel
