My doors will not lock when driving. They will unlock if I manually lock them and use the fob but won't lock again. I replaced a 25 fuse and it unlocked the back gate that wouldn't unlock before that. Also the washer won't spray in the front but will in the back.

There are several potential causes for this issue in a 2003 Yukon XL 1500 slt. It is possible that there is a problem with the door lock actuators, the wiring, or the control module. It is also possible that there is a problem with the key fob or the door lock switch itself. In order to determine the exact cause of the problem, I would recommend taking the vehicle to a qualified mechanic or dealership for further diagnosis and repair. They will be able to diagnose the issue and determine the best course of action to fix it.
To fix the Dodge Nitro anti-theft mechanism, you will insert the ignition key and turn it to the on spot, and then attempt to start the engine (crank over), the engine does not run. With the key still in the run spot, wait 10 minutes, and the safety light will flash and then go out.
How do I reset my Dodge anti-theft system? To deactivate the anti-theft system so that you can drive your vehicle normally once again, the steps are simple:
Place your key in the ignition of the vehicle.
Do not attempt to crank up your truck.
Allow your key to sit in the ignition for 60 seconds. ...
After 60 seconds have passed, start your vehicle as normal.
Check relay K6, it should click when using the key-fob or lock switch.
The thing that has me concerned is the scan wouldn't see the vehicle which leads me to think it's a bad TIPM. Totally Integrated Power Module. Think of the TIPM like a command center for all the electrical functions of your car.
Check the fuses in it first!
here's a site on it.....

Could be your driver door lock mechanism that is going bad , since the other door are working, it cannot be the fob. I would try to change the driver side door latch mechanism.
