Jack Layton has given you a good answer. The noise you describe is indicative of driveshaft problems (usually splined connections..) /wear or maybe a wheel bearing.
The wheel and parts are going to have to be stripped to examine it.

Clicking noise sounds coming front end when braking, i recently changed the disc pads.

check the cv joints for wear as this is the clicking noise you are hearing. IT is most noticeable under brakes with the engine still in drive or you can hear it when going slow and turning a circle

If you hear a clacking sound esp. while turning. Sound like your CV joints (constant velocity) or Front Wheel Drive axle.

Hi all. I drive a 1.6 Jetta 4 and have noticed

That sound like a CV joint that has worn out. You should also hear it in a very tight slow speed turn. Have a CV joint specialist look at it for you before too long.

Service engine soon indicator on and a buzzing/whining noise.

i recommend that you take it into auto-zone or a car shop asap. from what you have described the ticking as, it sounds like a bottom knock. as for the whine i don't know.

I have an 05 Honda Odessey. At slow speeds I have

it is possible that you've got an issue with your power steering system, but the noise should be equally noticeable in both forward and reverse. the front differential is inside your transmission and if the differential is worn it will whine. if you pay close attention you may notice the noise when in first gear going from acceleration to deceleration at about 20mph. if this happens, it's most likely your transmission that needs to be replaced.

Notice that the check gauge light came on than notice that the windsheld wipers on high were very slow then the car just died, so i messed with the cables on the batter and it started for a short time -...

check for voltage at battery you need at least 12 volts,
it sounds like your alternator quit charging and that turned the check gauge light on,but you basically ran out of voltage.
