Turn key to on for 5 sec then off 5 sec then on 5 sec then off 5 sec then on 5 sec then off 5 sec then start. If start good = loss of fuel pressure. Probably the fuel pump if this is the case but could be fuel leak, return stuck partially open, leaking injector into the motor etc but likly pump. Let me know how you go with the on off test
I would think it's a problem with (CCRM) constant control relay module . This module has relay's inside that control the fuel pump , cooling fans , A/C compressor clutch , PCM - engine computer power relay . And thier are electronics involved , solid state circuity . Loss of feul pressure in the feul line. turn the key to on position 3 sec. then to off 10 sec. then back to on 3 sec and start. if this works, that is your problem.
It should be four wires. Gray is power to the pump, Purple is gauge control, and two black wires that are ground. You should have battery voltage on the gray for 3 sec. after the key is turned on. Did you replace the plug-in to the pump when you replaced the pump? The pumps usually come with new plugs
SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE IT NARROWED DOWN TO THE EXHAUST SYSTEM.THE CONVERTER IS PROBABLY PLUGGED,CHECK THE TEMPS. COMING IN AND OUT.THEY SHOULD ONLY BE A FEW DEGREES DIFFERANT,IF THEY'RE ALOT HIGHER COMEING OUT IT'S PLUGGED.
