Can anyone help me with a ford bantam 1.6iXLT rocam fan belt diagram......because the water pump is moving in the wrong direction ...which makes it hard for water to circulate

That isn't the way you do it. You replace the AC pump with a Bypass pulley, and then the belt and the routing reman the same.

Might run but you will need to re programme the wrong ECU to get it to work.

Go to a parts warehouse , find the correct belt for the make and model using their fan belt book , put it on their measuring stick and read off the length,
