if spark TIMING is, off, I bet you didnt check?
then we KNOW in 5min,work the belt did slip!
then failed to check compression.
below 150psi is belt slip. x 4
compression can drop to 80psi x4 with cam slip.
a fact. all tests done WOT, or PSI checks are all a waste of time.
a warm engine in my shop at sea-level
was 210psi.
compression bench marks are at sealevel
hot or warm, and is determined by
compression ratio,(high here) and
altitude and cam timing
The engine does 200 easy, tested correctly
or use my altitude compensation chart
on pikes peak 10,000 feet 136psi is normal
see? 10k is .68 factor(x)
if all that was ok, and spark OK on all 4 cylinders are strong,
TEST FUEL time,
then "CAN-SPRAY"test fuel works. WE use CRC instant starter, with top end lube. best. see the video,
It will run for 3seconds? even if fuel pump relay is pulled. see?
I pull relay if i see flooding,
to cure leaking injector and prove first
engine is OK. now.

after all its not fueling, we proved that TO here (x).
so if that is good, we check the injectors with NOID lamp tester.(it flashes or not)
guess what, if all are dead, that is because
the ECU did that on purpose.
again the scan tool tells you why.

all that in 5 min work. and a $20 tool.
if spark timed wrong the cam did slip.

or engine does not have 150psi min compression do to belt slip if all are low.
what i Do is check compression first
all the spark and fuel on earth can not run
a dead engine
or cat melted causing low compression and zero vacuum cranking.
the correct order is
good engine
good spark
then fuel.
in that order. never the reverse.
but most shops do it backwards,, sure

case in point. (using time based rules) shorter faster tests....

Will it crank over ? Can you get spark to the plugs ? Have you sprayed, carefully, carb cleaner into the throttle body to see if it tries to run ?
it does, he changed lost of spark parts
and no crank parts. ymmv
