I just had a similar issue with my Colorado. It turned out to be the BCM(body control module). I don't think yours has one but the ECU might control the same systems. Check your fuses and if those are good look at your wiring diagram and what the common denominator is between those systems. My bet is it's the computer.

Why is it stalling over and over?

Check to see if wipers and heater motor work when vehicle stalls. If all the electronics that you mentioned don't work along with the wipers and heater motor, I would suspect an ignition switch failure

How do you remove the heater motor from a merc 300d 1993

The heater motor is beneath the windscreen wiper. 1) remove the rubber edge strip that runs across the engine bay separating the the engine from the battery on one side and the brake servo on the other. 2) at the back of the engine bay the middle panel is held on by large plastic finger tightened nuts, remove these and lift out the panel. 3) loosen the rubber strip to the base of the windscreen and surrounding the windscreen wiper mechanism. 4) remove the screws that holds the plastic guttering along the base of the screen. 5) be aware of clip underneath at the inner part of the guttering where it meets the surround to the central wiper unit cowl. 6) remove the top four screws and two on the underside of the cowl and lift away. Undo the 4 bolts (10mm) that hold the wiper motor frame and remove the clip that holds it in the middle to the bulk head lower down. Disconnect the motor and lift away. 7) you now have access to the heater motor, it held by three screws. Disconnect the electrical connector and lift it out. On my own car I had a situation where the heater motor would come on or work faster as I turned left but went off or slowed right down when I turned right. Both the carbon brushes has become fixed in their passageways and the slight shift of the motor spindle in the bearings either made or broke the electrical contact between the now fixed brushes and the armature. A simple removal of the brushes to clean and lubricate has ensured no further incidence.
