SOURCE: Driver side door lock

The switch is finding its ground thru the interior light switch. Your problem is most likely a broken wire in side the rubber boot that goes from the door to the body near the door hindges.

Start by checking the fuses and relays. There is more than one fuse box in Fords - one inside the car and one under the hood. IF the fuses are OK, then a harness may have come apart. You would need to trace the wiring under/behind the dash. Does the car start OK?

SOURCE: power windows , locks, radio, and interior lights not working

i've got the same problem. i've taken it to 2 shops, a master mechanic, and visited the dealership [$$$$]. your body control module [bcm] has an issue. it's the computer behind the fuse pannel. you can TRY to update the driver at the local dealership, but that will run you about $100, and there's no guarantee. worst case, you have to buy a new one from the dealership- $300-400 is what i was quoted. don't bother with a junkyard, as the computers are vin specific and you would still have to pay the$100 to 'reflash/reprogram' it.. but doing that only updates the driver, if applicable, and matches the computer's vin with the vin on your car. once these computers are formatted, they can not be 'wiped' or 'rewritten'. you're gonna have to either deal with the accessories not working, or fork out the $ for a new one. sucks, huh?

Delay in radio turning on and lights turning off

Sounds perfectly normal.. when you turn the engine over all power is diverted to the fuel , ignition and starter .. once the engine is running everything else powers back up... The interior light is designed to be that way , some have a adjustment as for how long you want them to stay on .

Gauges, windows, mirrors, and radio wont work while running

This is not a typical automotive problem. This is a serious electrical issue.... maybe related to ignition switch or emission control module. I don't think you'll find a simple answer other than taking it to a dealership for service.

Electrical issue

It might be a electrical wire shorting or bad.

I had solved a majority of my problems by getting my electrical system looked at (turned out a brake wire was bad, and several needed to be replaced.)

Electrical problem

I just had the same issues. No headlights, interior lights, power door locks, radio controls on steering wheel, or dash lights. Pulled every fuse in cab and under hood, not a one was bad. I disconnected the battery terminals for a few minutes. When I reconnected them every thing was working.

Electrical problem

It turned out that disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it reset the control module and fixed the problem.
