SOURCE: cruise control doesnt work,,,i there any fuse for

Cadillac's of this year have been known to have the wire(s) fromt he cruise control break in the steering colum. This is due to the tilt wheel moving up and down over the years. You should be able to either repair the broken wire or get a used unit (turn signal/cruise) and wiring harnes at a salvage yard. The wiring runs along the steering column to a connector on top of the column about half way down.
Check your fuses first. I believe the cruise and a couple of other accessories are on the same circuit. Is there anything else that doesn't work? (i.e. cigarette lighter, dome lights...) If you have the owner's manual that would help OR a trip to the public library in the auto section...Hope this helps.

SOURCE: I have a 94 Cadillac Deville Concours that when

hole in radiator. water pump leaking. leaking coolant into cylinder head from bad gasket. bad radiator cap can cause it to loose coolant . also check the hose to overflow resivore.coolant could be boiling away due to overheating. check the thermastat and the fans. all fuses and relays.as far as the codes check the wiring. if u have to unplug all the connectors and remove the loom and visualy inspect the wiring harness. i had to do this on my 93 deville. i found the reason my ac wasnt working my cruse control . and throttle position sensor. my temp sending unit was seting the idiot light . and the alternator was seting the charge light. all becase of a bad spot in the wiring. i seperated the wiring and tapped each individual wire up. re loomed it and taped over the loom . now my car runs and drives as if i drove it off the show room floor.amazing what a few hours of checking and repairing a few wires willl do. the cadillac dealer ship estimated around $2,000 to fix my problems depending on hours involved at $100 an hr. it cost me 2 rolls of electrical tape and $10 in loom. and like i said a few hours.

How can I be sure if my PCM is bad???

I would try disconnecting battery again. Disconnect both cables and touch them together for a few seconds. This will reset all modules. Wierd that you had so many codes after just disconnecting battery. Sometimes very hard to tell if ecm is bad.

What is the code p00300

this is an obd2 trouble code table, it can help you understand the meaning of code.
for po300:
Possible causes of OBD code P0030:
Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit open shorted to ground - Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit poor electrical connection - Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit - Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit fuse - Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM) The Error code is generally activated on detection of the following conditions: The P0030 is set when the ECM detects an open or shorted to ground condition on the heated oxygen sensor heater circuit
Possible Solutions:
The code means that there is a problem with the heater element circuit of the heated oxygen sensor. Water getting inside the heated oxygen sensor connector can caused the heated oxygen sensor fuse to blow, which is a very common problem for this type codes. Before replacing the sensor, check for the condition of the heated oxygen sensor fuse and connectors. HO2S Heater Control Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1 is the generic definition for the P0030; however your vehicle's manufacturer may have a different definition and information for the P0030 code.
hope help.
